Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from NGWA you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. For more information on returns, please see the Shipping and Return Policy.
Q: Can I change my delivery adress?
A: Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been delivered). We recommend writing us immediately(firstname.lastname@example.org) upon realising that the address may be wrong with your order. If your order is already in transit, there may be additional freight charges incurred. Please contact your shade specialist directly for help.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: For standard stock orders, we strive to have these dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for. While you wait we'll send you information about your order and You can track it on our home page.
